In case you can’t tell, this is my ironing board and iron. I do not understand how this did not start a fire and burn my house down. I am soo thankful it just smoldered and melted my iron!!
I’ve replaced my ironing board cover and my iron. I’m left with a smelly sewing room, my whole house with only an iron sized burn mark on the wood floor and most importantly, my family!
Make sure you triple check your iron every time you’re done sewing!!
